One master unit can drive up to eight slave units simultaneously.

 

Built‑in Grating Scale

  • A high‑speed ultra‑clear CMOS sensor captures images from an “absolute scale” engraved with slit patterns that vary by position to read displacement.
  • This detection principle delivers class‑leading high accuracy without tracking errors, even during high‑speed movement.

 

Dedicated Mounting Bracket

  • The manufacturer provides clamping sleeves specifically designed for the JC2 series, so you do not need to prepare your own fixture.
  • Simply drill a 10 mm diameter hole and the sensor can be easily installed.

 

Easy Operation

The amplifier is designed for simple and easy operation, with “▲/▼” buttons for menu selection and “◀/▶” buttons for value setting.

 

Automatic Calculation

  • Unlike conventional calculation methods (which are performed by a PLC using recorded data), thickness and flatness calculations are automatically carried out by the sensor head itself.
